BEEN FESTIVAL

The been festival in Mondragone. The festival happens on September in the old part of the city, Sant'Angelo.
In this festival the people cook been in big door and other people go to eat beens.

PIZZA MARGHERITA

A widespread belief has it that in june 1889, to honor the Queen of Italy, Margherita of Savoy, the chef Raffaele Esposito created the pizza Margherita, where the toppings, tomato,mozzarella and basil, represented the Italian flag.

SANDWICH

The term sandwich means in Italian a little sandwich made with a whole grain bread dough very soft open horizontally and stuffed in various ways.

HAMBURGER

The word is a loan word between German and English. The hamburger is a ground meat patty, usually beef but also pressed and chicken or turkey, cooked on plate.

My name is Francesca because this is my grandmothers' name. The name Francesca and his female Francesca derive from the medieval Latin name Franciscus whose meaning is "Franco" or "free" and, by extension, "free man".
